1.A deposit of 50% rental is required to hold rental items and event date. Deposit will be applied to final bill and remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to delivery. The date and rental items are not reserved until deposit and signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by Sheryl Wooldridge. Any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event that renter cancels agreement less than 10 days in advance.

2.Renter shall return items or have them ready for vendor pick up or will return them on date and by time specified on agreement. All personal items and decorations must be removed prior to the pickup time. Additional daily rental fees will apply for late returns or if items are not ready to be pickup at date and time specified

3. Cancellation of any item within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or pick up will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 10 days in advance will forfeit deposit or 50% of invoice whichever is greater. Full refund will be given if the Vendor is unable to fulfill this agreement at no fault of the renter.  Rental will be rescheduled based on vendor availability.

4.Rental fees are to be paid in full the day prior to customer pick-up or delivery.

5.The item is expected to be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery or pickup.  Renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental.

6.There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects. Arches and florals are handmade. Wedding arch is a wooden outdoor structure and is prone to the natural changes and minor natural deformities.

7. No structural changes or alterations may be made to this rental equipment. Any decorations must be attached using zip-ties, completely removable tape, or 3M type removable hooks. No nails, tacks or pushpins. Drapes may not be cut/trimmed. Florals may not be altered or augmented.

8. It is recommended that Arches, Doors and other structures be placed on a clear, level surface. Renter takes full responsibility ensure that the structure is properly stabilized and anchored as needed. The renter agrees that Sheryl Wooldridge holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Sheryl Wooldridge’s rental items has occurred while itis in renter’s possession, renter shall make Sheryl Wooldridge by written statement of details of occurrence of event including any applicable police report and names and addresses of witnesses.

9. Delivery, setup, takedown and pickup is included within 30 miles of 92532. Additional charges of $20 will be incurred for any mileage beyond this radius.

10. Payment must be by Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.  No Checks

11.Refund requests must be made in writing, or by email and will be responded to promptly. If equipment is ordered and delivered but not used, no refund will be approved.
